Five Rivers Living
Five Rivers Living is a purpose built premium residential care home. We welcome new residents with a variety of needs, that we will tailor our services to accommodate. Our priority is to provide a home from home experience, making every day as good as it can be, with a skilled team catering for those with specific requirements such as physical disabilities, dementia related needs, and end of life care.
The Service & Who We Care For
The home is purpose built to accommodate and care for up to 50 people with old age. Our facilities allow us to provide personal care, nursing support and where required specialist support for those who are living with varying forms of dementia.
A Statement of Philosophy of the Home
The Five Rivers Living philosophy is based upon the belief that each resident is entitled to be treated as an individual.
We encourage independence, individual choice and consultation about services within the home whilst maintaining social choice. e.g., the right to vote. With all residents being given the opportunity to take part in a wide range of activities and interest.
