Five Rivers living is proud of its safe and clean environment. Well trained staff continually strive to ensure the safety of residents, visitors and team members, whilst maintaining life as normal for the people we care for. We also have the benefit of innovative technology, our Nurse Call System to ensure we are no more than a button press away
Our Facilities
The home is purpose built to accommodate and care for up to 50 people with old age. Our facilities allow us to provide personal care and or nursing and where required support for those who are living with varying forms of dementia.
This purpose built care home has 50 individual bedrooms across 3 floors. Each room has ‘en-suite’ washing facilities and is comfortably furnished and spacious.
An assisted bathroom is available for those with mobility issues, with a walk in bath and supportive rails throughout.
There is a coffee shop, for residents and families to socialise
We offer a spacious and welcoming lounge and dining environment. We know for care home residents; mealtimes can be really important. A good dining experience can help enhance social interaction, build a sense of community and increase nutritional intake – all helping contribute overall mental and physical well-being.
We have a state of the art laundry room on the first floor. This service is key and a front line for our home’s infection control and in addition to our equipment we also adopt state of the art processes and procedures in this area.
There is a full daily programme of activities, events and clubs in the home based upon the interests, needs and abilities of our service users.
We can boast a modern and full-service beauty & hair salon in the home, offering a range of treatments for residents.
The home is equipped with multi specialist equipment to aid those with special needs.
